How much does online coaching cost?

How many clients do you take on at a time?

Although we would love to work with everyone, we do have a cap. SammyShreds stands for quality over quantity so the team can give each client 110%.

Why do you have a 12 week lock-in period?

The 12 week lock-in ensures your coach has enough time to learn, educate and make a significant amount of progress from a fat loss and or muscle gain standpoint.
