From the early days as a gym enthusiast to becoming a competitive bodybuilder in 2017, Sam’s journey has been fueled by a passion for fitness and a desire to inspire others.

Jamie brings a similar dedication to the team, having undergone her own remarkable transformation journey as a loyal client of SammyShreds for the past four years.

Jamie’s journey from client to coach is a testament to her commitment to helping others achieve their dream physiques, motivating individuals to follow in her footsteps and reach their fitness goals.

How do I get started with your coaching program?

Getting started is easy! Simply reach out to us through our contact form or schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we'll discuss your goals, preferences, and any questions you may have. From there, we'll create a customised plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.

What can I expect during a personal training session?

Each personal training session is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Sessions typically include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and core exercises. We'll work closely with you to ensure proper form and technique, while also providing motivation and support throughout the session. For those who do not need external programming the SammyShreds team offers personal training alone, or you can sign up to a hybrid plan for both online coaching and personal training.

Can you work with me if I have a specific health condition or injury?

SammyShreds would love to work with everyone, however there are some health conditions & injuries that do fall outside of our scope of practice. It's best to contact the team directly to discuss your personal health condition/injury.

How do you communicate and provide support to your clients?

Communication is provided via the SammyShreds app. Here, clients can ask questions, provide form videos and track their training/nutrition. Further to this, a check in provided via phone on a fortnightly basis to online coaching clients.

What is your availability for PT?

Personal training sessions are available Monday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. We operate strictly by appointment only to ensure that each client receives personalised attention and the highest quality of service.

We offer new clients an initial complementary free session to experience the benefits of personal training firsthand. This session gives you the opportunity to meet with one of our trainers, discuss your fitness goals, and get started on your fitness journey.
